Having learned to stay the hell away from Banderlings, I began to explore the lands of Dereth, seeing her glorious lands and taking in her beautiful atmosphere.

( I didn't do that.  I swear.  It was on fire when I got here. )

After upping my power level, I decided I needed a challenge.

Unfortunately, my jump skill wasn't high enough yet.

No worries though.  A little more precious experience, and that spire's mine.

Good things come to those who wait.

Even better things come to those who go out and train their jump skill.

This, everyone, is what the inside of a toppled spire looks like.

Sometimes I impress even me.

After trading in my helmet for a much weaker one (much to my dismay. The city burned for days when I was through with it), I decided it was time for a change of scenery.

The mountains of Arwic seemed like a nice place to round up some experience.

I always hated cats anyway.

As it turned out, the mountains in Arwic made for nice eye candy, but they were too crowded.

I decided to head for greener pastures…

I headed north, towards a castle in the wilds.  It would be a long and painful journey, but men don't become Gods overnight.

Then again, there's something to be said for the fast and easy route…

Damn, I hate cats.
