Trying to bang out something quick make up for the missed update on Monday. Mother’s Day weekend killed any free time I would have normally had.
Anyway, I have SO MANY terrible comic ideas stashed in my comic ideas folder. I don’t know if I woke up at 4am and wrote some dream idea down, or if I just didn’t write down ENOUGH details for why it might have been funny?
This one at least had… SOMETHING to work from? I might do more ‘rejected’ comics in the future, if I’m short on time and need something quick. I’d need to be careful though. A bunch of “Hey, look how unfunny this one was! isn’t that hilarious?” comics is bound to. You know.
Not be funny. :P
I went from a quick comic to make up for having no time during the weekend to work on the comic… to blowing the ENTIRE weekend working on this.
I liked it yesterday, but today, it just feels… rambling? With a weak punchline.
