So I’ve been reading the crap out of my Calvin and Hobbes collections, and as a result I now hate every comic I’ve ever done.
I was starting to feel pretty good about them lately, so I guess my subconscious needed to kick me back down a few pegs.

I agree with Ninja Monkey. This looked just fine as a line drawing. The more I fleshed it out as a painting, the creepier it got. It’s almost like my cartoon characters aren’t drawn with realistic proportions!
