I really liked this joke when I first wrote it, but I’m not sure I sold the idea with the artwork.

It kind of depends on you remembering what happened in the last comic though. And that you don’t skip ahead and notice Angela.

So if you read this blog post before the comic… whoops.

I scrapped my first joke of Kaigon walking past the urn and seeing it, and then freaking out because he’s never seen it, and was thus terrified of Shawn’s head on the mantle. But I didn’t think anyone would understand why he was freaking out.

Possibly because I killed Shawn a year ago and have only done maybe 12 comics since.

But we’ll never know for sure if that’s why you didn’t laugh at the comic you never read that I never drew.

This is one of those comics that changed entirely from what I’d sat down originally to draw. It was along the same vein / topic; I just took it in a completely different direction / punchline. Now I need to decide if I want to do the original joke later, or if I skip it and move on.

Stay tuned to see what I do!

Assuming I tell you. If I don’t, you’ll never know.

Don’t let that drive you insane.
